RETURNS
If you would like to return your Zarfie product, please send us an email at info@zarfie.com including your full name, order number and product(s) you are returning. All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Any returns outside this period will not be accepted.
All products are to be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, showing no signs of wear. This will be assessed upon arrival and if your return does not meet this criteria, it will not be accepted. Please note, we do not offer returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons and standards.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, kindly send us an email at info@zarfie.com with supporting imagery.
Return Postage
The return shipping must be arranged and covered by the customer. We advise sending your parcel back with a tracked service. Zarfie will not be responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
Processing time
We try our very best to have all returns processed within 1-2 business days from arrival and will notify you of your store credit via email.
Store Credits
Store credits will be valid for 3 year from the date of issue.
Underwear
We do not offer returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons.
